Baja Sunset Inc. acquires and installs new manufactured homes and installs them in Manufactured Home Parks or Private Land to expand the supply of affordable housing. It is our mission both to generate above-average risk-adjusted returns for our limited partners, as well as to increase the supply of affordable housing for high to low-income Americans.


Our investors provide the capital, we have the tools and infrastructure to purchase and move in new mobile homes as well as renovate existing mobile homes and get them ready for the market so they can achieve the maximum ROI (Return On Investment).

There are motivated sellers and profitable manufactured homes to invest within in the great state of California. There are very PROFITABLE manufactured homes to purchase, resell, broker, or wholesale.

When you don’t know what you are doing it is very possible to LOSE money with manufactured homes. Don’t make or repeat those mistakes.

  • True: In many areas of California there are cash buyers waiting for a manufactured home to purchase all cash. Prices for many manufactured homes are rising when you buy and resell.

  • True: In many areas of California there are manufactured homes and reasons you should NOT purchase as an investment even at a bargain price.

  • True: Manufactured home parks across the country will vary in the park’s wants, owners, greed, rules, restrictions, application process, fees, future potential, cleanliness, demand, supply, etc.
